Terms of use
Last updated November 2026.
The service
Ham Club is software and a service for managing an amateur radio club. The club's administrators are responsible for the club's records and for what they send to members; members are responsible for their own account.
Accounts
You sign in with a QSL World account, under QSL World's terms. One callsign, one account. A club is created on a club callsign by a member with QSL World Pro; creating a club for a callsign you are not entitled to represent is a breach of these terms.
Plans and payment
The club pays a yearly plan, in advance, to Ham Club through PayPal or Stripe. The plan renews until cancelled; cancel any time from the app and keep the service to the end of the paid period. The free trial lasts seven days with up to ten members. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before a renewal.
Dues
Member dues are paid to the club's own PayPal or Stripe account. Ham Club is not a party to that payment, holds no funds, and is not responsible for refunds or disputes between a club and its members.
Domains and email
A domain registered through the Email plans is registered for the club's use while the plan is active and renewed with it; a lapsed plan lets the domain expire. Mailboxes are provided by a third-party mail service under our account; abuse (spam, unlawful content) ends the service for the club.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited mail beyond the club's own roster, no unlawful content, no attempts to reach other clubs' records.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and backed up, and make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the plan fees paid in the preceding year.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above says when. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
