Questions clubs ask
Before a club switches, the officers ask the same good questions. Here are the answers.

Ham Club is a free download for Mac, Windows and Linux, and every feature is open for the first seven days, with as many members as you like. Clubs that keep it choose a yearly plan inside the app. Members never pay anything.
No. A member signs in with a free QSL World account. Members who want QSL World's own paid features can still get them, as always.
Yes. One account for everything; Ham Club adds the club to it.
A member with QSL World Pro. The trustee of record on the club callsign's licence is compared with the creator's name and shown as confirmed or not; it never blocks the club.
To the club's own PayPal or Stripe account, connected in the app. Ham Club records the payment and never holds the money.
Yes. Every officer's computer keeps a full copy of the club. Changes made offline are sent the moment the connection is back.
No. The club log is the club callsign's logbook on QSL World, and members fill it from the QSL World Logbook app, Ham Browser or qslworld.com, working in the club callsign. Ham Club shows that log to the club, with who logged each QSO, and runs everything around it.
No. Members reach the club's log, not each other's. Their own logbook stays theirs.
Yes. Register a new one from the app or use the domain you already have, and add the DNS records the app shows.
Any. Licence details fill in automatically for US and many other callsigns from QSL World's registry; the rest are typed once.
No. Email, the members' page on qslworld.com and push notifications in the QSL World Logbook app are the channels.
The roster and equipment export to CSV, payments and attendance are in the reports, the log exports as ADIF from the logbook, and documents download as files.
On QSL World's servers, the same place the logbook lives, backed up every night, and on every officer's computer. Passwords for the club's payment accounts and mailboxes are stored encrypted and never shown again.
