Help
Short answers, in the order a club meets them.

Creating a club
Sign in with an account that has QSL World Pro. Choose Create a club, type the club callsign and press Check: the app shows the licence record and whether the trustee of record matches your name (information only). Name the club and create it. The club station on QSL World is created or found for you; you are the first administrator.
Adding members
Members → Add member: type the callsign; name, address and licence class fill in from the FCC record on QSL World. The member gets a welcome email. The moment they sign in to Ham Club with that callsign, the club is on their screen: nothing to accept. Have a spreadsheet? Import CSV takes callsign, name, email and the rest, previews first.
Members without a licence (family, associates) go on the roster with the No amateur licence box ticked; they have no access to the app.
Roles and the two entrances
A member with no role sees the member entrance. Administrators can do everything; a treasurer manages dues, a secretary members and mail, an events manager events, and so on. Set roles under a member's card with Roles… (administrators only). A club keeps at least one administrator.
Dues
Define membership types under Dues → Membership types (Regular, Family, Student, Life…) with price and period; a fixed expiry day such as 12-31 makes every membership end on that day. Record cash and checks with Record a payment; the membership extends from its current expiry and a receipt goes out. For online payment connect the club's own PayPal or Stripe under Payment accounts: members then pay from their Dues page and the money goes straight to the club.
The club station log
Ham Club is not a logbook. Members log in the QSL World Logbook app, Ham Browser or on qslworld.com: they pick the club callsign under Working in and every QSO they save lands in the club log with their own callsign as the operator. Club log in Ham Club shows that log the way the club wants to see it: totals, by operator, by year, contests and Field Day. Who may log for the club follows the roster: active members have access, removed and expired ones do not.
Events
Create single or repeating events; the app knows the club's time zone. Members RSVP and pick positions. For attendance either take it from the event's Take attendance, or switch on self check-in and read the code out at the meeting.
Elections
Draft the election with its items (candidates or propositions), then Open voting: every eligible member receives a personal ballot link by email and can also vote in the app. Votes are stored without names. Close it when the time comes, or let it close by itself.
Announcements and club email
Mail → New announcement writes to the roster or to a slice of it; every message has an unsubscribe link. On the Club + Email and Club Unlimited plans, Addresses & domain registers the club's domain and creates addresses. An address handed to a member is picked up by that member in the app under My club email, which shows the password once and the settings for Ham Email or any mail program.
Plans and billing
Settings → Plan & billing. The trial lasts seven days, with no limit on members. Pay by card or PayPal; the plan renews yearly and can be cancelled any time.
